The customer service was exceptional; it was probably the best experience I've ever had in all of the Caribbean. The location was fantastic, offering a unique experience next to the dive shop where I met people from around the world. Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean and cozy with a lovely balcony and two comfortable queen beds. The service provided was outstanding, probably the best I've ever encountered in all of the Caribbean. The location was ideal, making it easy to find a quiet spot on the beach and mingle with people from around the world at the nearby dive shop. On the downside, the dining options were limited, but the local jams added a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money stay.
